Nope! No partner or dance experience is needed. We rotate partners during class so everyone gets to learn and dance together.

Comfortable clothes they can move in, and flat shoes that stay securely on their feet (like sneakers or dance shoes).

We use clean, junior-friendly music — think pop, R&B, funk, and today’s hits in 4/4 timing.

Performances are always optional but highly encouraged when the opportunity arises — they’re fun, build confidence, and let students show off what they’ve learned! We also share info about junior-friendly competitions for those interested.

Yes! Classes often fill up, so advance registration is required to reserve your spot and to receive location/address.

Our class locations will change, so be sure to check the schedule. However, our community does have a weekly social dance every Tuesday night at Levine Center in Charlotte, and Juniors can attend for half price!
